not responsible for products sent back to us without an authorization.
Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the original
condition. All products will be inspected prior to credit approval.

open the boxes immediately after delivery and check if there is any

If not power, it should be the problem of the control board or the
circuit board. Method to check the electric current: listen to the
sounds of the connector, has sounds then it is normal; look to the
display screen, display then it has electrical current. Use the
multimeter (in D.V.50V) to check.
7. The radio doesn’t work (1) the radio has no sound. It may be the problem of the control board or circuit board (2) If turn on the radio and hear the hiss sounds, check whether the speaker is burned or the wire is loosen. (3) If no hiss sounds, the relay is broken.
8. The steam room shut off automatically or the fuse burns If
the similar problem occurs, the loading power of the creepage switch
and the fuse is too small. It is suggested to change to the creepage
switch and fuse with higher loading power. If it doesn’t work yet,
please check whether the steam generator is creepage and the internal
thermo protector is broken.
NOTICE In order to achieve the best maintenance result for using the products, please pay attention to the following: Try
the detergent to the unobvious part of the product, and then use it for
the whole product. After it, clean it immediately. Do not leave the
detergent to the product surface. Clean it with water and dry.
