Quite expensive	January 1, 2022

The shower set is quite expensive, but I really think that worth it considering what I got. All the features mentioned in the product details were all present, and they are all working wonderfully. The LED lights are bright enough for me, and the different shower modes work well. not sure if I would tell about this to anyone, but for those who would ask I would definitely put in a good word for this.

I cant speak to the quality of this unit, as it was shipped without the led transformer and controller. After 1 week of emails i still have not received anything and i mean not even a return email or call which i have left 3 messages and have been told i would be called back. way too expensive to receive customer support like this. Bought thru Houzz and they have tried to follow up and so far they have also been ignored. I simply asked for some follow up as i am in the middle of a renovation and now our inspection is delayed because of these missing parts. All i wanted was a call or an email letting me know what the plan was going to be. They asked me to send pictures , idid , the admitted fault said they would get with warehouse and let me know when i could expect the part... 1 week later still no response. I would rethink this purchase if you are on the fence and think about the sellers when looking

I was quite nervous to pay so much money on a shower system over the internet, but my plumber guaranteed it was worth the price, and he was right. It looks amazing, the different jets from above are great, I couldn’t have been making a better choice. One thing is sure, they sell high quality here.
