Temperature and time setting

Temperature for steam room can be set from 30 to 60 degrees. Time can be set for 0 to 99 minutes.

Temperature Regulation

Steam room temperature is automatically regulated.

Ozone Cleaning System

After steam room use the steam generator is automatically drained and the ozone function is activated for 5 – 10 minutes to clean the system.

Telephone

 Speaker automatically switches to ring tone for incoming calls when in use. Volume adjustment.

Radio and speaker

FM radio with volume control.

Light

Overhead light with on/ off switch.

Extractor fan

With on/ off switch.

Foot Massage

 Attaches to the inside wall of enclosure when not in use. Water jets and foot roller bars.

Massage Jets

The water is turned on using the shower mixer valve and the shower jets are then activated using the change over valve. The upper, middle or lower jets can be activated using the corresponding button on the control panel. A jet cycle function can be activated on the control panel that cycles between upper middle and lower jets at 6-second intervals.

Lamp

An on/ off button on the control panel turns the light on and off.

Fan

An on/ off switch activates the fan at the top of the body panel and expels air. The fan vents into the room.

Telephone

An external telephone line can be connected and is activated when the on button is used on the control panel. For incoming calls the speaker is automatically switched on and by pressing the telephone key the call is activated.

Ozone

When the off key is pressed after 60 seconds the steam system drains and the ozone disinfecting system is automatically activated. Leave the doors closed and the steam room empty for 5–10 minutes. This function will automatically shut off.

Physical Installation

The steam room is fully assembled and tested in the factory before being disassembled and packed in three created boxes. To re assemble the steam room the following procedure is used:

• Level the tray using the foot bolts

• Assemble the body and frame on to the tray

• Install the fixed glass panels

• Install the top cover

• Fit the sliding doors

• Tighten the screws

• Apply sealant evenly

• Connect hot and cold inlets (flexible hosing)

• Connect electricity

• Test the functions of the steam room

• Move to required location

Full installation procedure is provided with the steam room.

Shower Valve

The thermostatic shower valve allows temperature to be increased or decreased. The change over valve switches the water between:
 

• water jets

• overhead shower

• hand shower

• foot massage
 

Foot massage

The foot massage contains water jets and massage rollers. When not in use the foot massage is kept in the side panel of the steam room.

Maintenance

• Ordinary liquid detergent should be used with a soft cloth for cleaning. Acetone or ammonia should not be used.

• The steam and ozone outlets should be kept free of hairs and other foreign material.

• The steam generator should be cleaned every 20 cycles. To clean pour 5-10 grams of citric acid diluted with 1.5 - 1.7 litres of warm water in the steam generator using a plastic pipe. Wait for 8 – 12 hours then switch on power and press the steam supply key to vent out the vaporized detergent.

• After each use the residual water in the steam generator should be drained to increase the life of the system.
